.Bag pipes.

The classiest and strongest of tunes.

Drove the edges of the city tonight, blaring the pipes for my friend Big Jim.

You know you have been guided by the right people when they have prepared you for when they are no longer here.

He taught us to be strong. He taught us to be brothers.

He taught us to care. He taught us to have fun. He taught us to work hard. He taught us to have heart.

He taught us not to judge. He taught us how to treat people. He taught us how to protect one another. He taught us how to survive.

He taught us...how to be MEN.

I so want to say there will never be another like you but my god I hope so...Because the world would be a much better place.

Its an amazing feeling when you know exactly why someone was placed in your life. This week isn't going to be easy coach, but you prepared us for all of this. We got this!

"Biggie" Miller

Mr. Miller was an offensive lineman at The College of The Holy Cross in the 1980's.  After graduation he pursued his Master's degree in Secondary Education from Worcester State College.  He then went on to teach, coach and mentor at South High Community School for  more than 25 years.  During that time he always stressed to his students the importance of continuing their education even after graduating from high school.

This scholarship fund was founded in Jim's name by friends and family to help students from South High Community School continue on with their pursuit of higher education after graduation.
